The goal of DANCE Lansing Community Dance Project is to build a diverse community of dancers to enrich the creative performance and development opportunities for area choreographers and dancers, and to increase audience appreciation and understanding of modern and contemporary dance. The parnterns this program are Happendance and Lansing Community College Performing Arts with Associates Everett High School Dance Program, Greater Lansing Academy of Dance, Greater Lansing Ballet Company, MICA Gallery, MSU Department of Theatre, and MSU Orchesis Dance.

The foundation of this collaboration is a partnership of Happendance, Lansing Community College Performing Arts, Fusion Dance Center, Greater Lansing Ballet Company, MSU Orchesis Dance and MICA.
