Participants in the Open Mike are invited to read a poem involving some aspect of peace, which can include any of the following:
- a moment of peace
- a dream of peace
- the longing/struggle for peace
- the experience of peace
- obstacles to peace
- peace as it manifests in our lives

- peace in the midst of conflict
- the ingredients needed for peace
We will have a basket of peace poems at the door, plus delicious refreshments.
