A Study in Abstraction is a multi-media exhibition showcasing work from the members of the Mid Michigan Art Guild (MMAG).

Abstract art is defined as art that does not attempt to represent external reality, but seeks to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures. The members of the MMAG were challenged to explore abstraction for this juried show.
